ACP only gets a minimal portion from your reimbursements and you get all these in return: a significant revenue stream, fully configured devices with free consumables, a care team at your disposal, and an EHR-integrated software. Yes. CCM and RPM work well together to optimize patient care and enable opportunities for a deeper clinician-patient relationship. Using RPM in CCM can significantly improve patients’ health conditions. CMS recognizes the two services are complementary so CCM and RPM can be billed concurrently.

ACP Provides you a charge list for all services after the end of one calendar month. You validate the services and submit the charges to Medicare for reimbursement. You generally receive your money within 14 days.

For every Medicare claim, we split the reimbursement with you. You basically benefit financially while we do all the heavy lifting. We also don’t bill you until you’ve filed your claims and our invoices aren’t payable until you’ve received your payment.

It depends on how many Medicare patients are eligible for these services. RPM and CCM are billable in the same month which makes doing the right thing for your patients even more valuable. For example, with 300 enrolled patients, you will likely earn a monthly revenue of $14,082 or $168,984 annually. This amounts to free cash flow for the practice (i.e. after all expenses have been paid).

There are no upfront charges or equipment to purchase. ACP gets paid by the practice after they receive their payment from CMS. This program is a zero-risk opportunity for the practice.
